We have all available teams investigating this issue and will continue to provide updates as information becomes available. To help mitigate this issue in the interim, we will be turning off automated document labelling for the Admin and Clinical Document classifications only. This means that documents will be in the Clinical Inbox for users to manually add labels while we continue to review this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience.
