Resolved after 52 minutes, affecting School MIS and MAT MIS, on May 13, 2026.
Our engineers have successfully implemented a fix for the intermittent site unavailability and slowness issues. All affected customers should now be able to access their Arbor sites as usual. We recognise that some customers have been experiencing an issue where they are encountering intermittent site unavailable messages on their Arbor site and system slowness. We have placed affected sites into Maintenance Mode. We’re very sorry for any disruption caused and are working on this as an urgent priority.
