    Earlier this month, Unity deprecated its existing ad spend API and rolled out a completely new API. With this change, the integration team will look to add support for the new API. In the meantime, we will only import ad revenue for Unity, not ad spend. We'll let everyone know as we open up support for the new ad spend API.

    Due to an issue on Microsoft's side, there are delays in generating Windows reports for paid products dated after April 26th. Microsoft's Earnings reports are not loading properly, and as a result, we are unable to generate reports beyond the 26th. Once Microsoft resolves the issue, we will automatically update the delayed data for all members.

    After an unannounced change from Microsoft, we've found a workaround to import reports for paid Windows products. We're working to release this update now. We'll kick off a sync for all Windows apps as soon as that's rolled out.

    We identified an issue affecting App Store rating data on March 27th and March 31st. During this time, most apps experienced a delay in rating updates, and new ratings were not published on these dates. This issue did not impact all apps—some apps may show missing ratings for one day, both days, or may not have been affected at all. Any ratings submitted on March 27th and March 31st were processed and became visible the following day. As a result, you may notice a higher number of new ratings in your Appfigures ratings report on March 28th and April 1st. App Store reviews were not affected. Reviews continued to be published and imported into Appfigures as usual.

    Google is unusually delayed in releasing reports for paid products, with the most recent date being March 13th. If you check out Google's developer console through Download reports > Statistics > Estimated > 2025 > March, you'll see a message from Google that says, "This report includes data up to March 13th, 2025." We'll automatically import data as Google releases additional dates.

    Google Play data, for free apps, is delayed as the latest date available in Google's reports is January 1st. We've reached out to Google about the growing delay for this month. In the past, Google's usual report release schedule was, on average, about three days. The new normal from Google is about five days, minimum. This current delay, which is over a week, is unusual but not unheard of. Reports for paid apps/products continues to be released at the expected day/time where data is available through January 8th. As additional days of data become available we will automatically import for everyone.

    Google's reports are once again being released with the standard 3-5 day delay schedule. The latest report available is January 16th, released earlier today, January 20th.

    We have great news to share - We found a workaround that eliminates the new delay from Google Play and it's live! With Google's extended delay, report release times going from 2 days to five days, we found a workaround that would bring data in more quickly, which enables having only a single-day delay. The workaround enables us to access daily information directly from Google that isn’t in the downloadable reports as a new data source. We’ll use the new data source for all days delayed by Google until they are available in the original data source. This is how you’ll now be able to see data for yesterday on the platform.

    November 11th is the latest date available in monthly reports, released by Google, adding up to a lengthy delay in data for free app. Google however, has updated data in their dashboard, but not in the monthly reports available for importing.
