Is Appfigures down?

We're aware of sporadic errors affecting some ASO reports and are already working on a fix. Everything should be back to normal within the next few minutes. We'll post another update here once it's all set.

We've been monitoring the update, and everything is looking good. ASO reports are back to normal.

We've identified the root cause of the usage sync delays affecting a small number of App Store Connect accounts. We're working on a fix now, though it will take a little time to roll out. We're aiming to have everything resolved next week and will reach out directly to the affected accounts once their usage data is syncing normally again.

Good news! We were able to get this resolved on Thursday of last week, much earlier than expected. We've been monitoring usage syncs throughout the weekend, and everything has continued to update normally. This incident has now been resolved.

We're investigating sporadic errors affecting parts of the Appfigures website and API. We're working to resolve them as quickly as possible and will share another update as soon as we know more.

The intermittent errors have cleared up, and things are looking much better. We'll continue monitoring for a little while longer to make sure everything remains stable.

We're looking into an issue that popped up earlier today and is preventing a number of Google accounts from syncing. We're investigating the root cause now and will post another update as soon as we know more.

Google account syncs are back up and running as usual, and any accounts affected by today's issue should now be updating normally. We're monitoring as syncs catch up for the day.

We've been monitoring things closely, and all Google accounts are now importing normally again. Keep in mind that Google has its own issue where downloads are not available after June 17th, and subscriptions are not available after June 14th. Hopefully that's resolved on Google's end soon and we're monitoring it in a separate status page incident.

Google's subscription reports are currently delayed, with no new data being released after June 14. We're monitoring the delay and have reached out to Google for more information. As soon as Google releases additional reporting days, we will automatically import the new data. We'll post another update when we learn more or see reporting resume.

There's still no new subscription report data from Google beyond June 14. We're continuing to monitor the delay, and as soon as Google releases the missing reports, we'll automatically import them for everyone.

Google has started releasing additional subscription data for June and July. All Active Subscriptions are now available through July 4, while additional metrics like Activations and Cancellations are currently available through July 2. We'll continue importing new data automatically as Google makes it available. The current delay is Google's standard 2-5 day delay for releasing data.

Google appears to be back on its normal subscription reporting schedule. The latest available data is now July 8, which is in line with Google's typical 2–5 day reporting delay. We'll continue keeping an eye on things, but everything is looking back to normal.
