  1. investigating Oct 23, 2025, 03:59 PM UTC

We’re investigating inconsistencies from Apple that are affecting the experience of replying to reviews. At this time, replies are still being created successfully, but you might see error messages suggesting the reply didn’t go through - even though it actually did. We’re working to understand what’s causing these inconsistencies and will share updates as soon as we know more.

  2. monitoring Oct 23, 2025, 10:03 PM UTC

Apple issues continue, but remain sporadic when replying to Apple reviews. We’ll continue to monitor the situation from our end.

  3. monitoring Nov 03, 2025, 03:20 PM UTC

Apple's inconsistencies may be more noticeable now compared to a few days ago, as we're still seeing some sporadic errors within the reply to reviews flow. We'll continue to investigate and see if there is anything that we can work around in these cases.

  4. monitoring Nov 03, 2025, 10:15 PM UTC

We've rolled out a workaround to Apple's issues with replying to reviews within App Store Connect, which should improve the experience when leaving a reply in Appfigures. Important: with Apple's issues, the replies you leave may take longer to appear in your App Store Connect dashboard and potentially the store. We'll continue to monitor on our end, and hopefully, these errors will be fully resolved by Apple.

  5. resolved Nov 17, 2025, 06:24 PM UTC

We’ve continued to monitor replying to reviews in App Store Connect and can confirm Apple’s issues have subsided. The workarounds we put in place kept things running smoothly in Appfigures, and now that everything on Apple’s side is looking better, we’re happy to report that all areas of replying are back to normal.
