ANZ Fileactive Start Time: 26/10/2026 10:00 AEDT Resolution Time: TBA Incident Details Following the issue which was impacting some users of ANZ Fileactive whereby customers had not received "zip and encrypt" receivable files, including Balance and Transaction Reporting, BPAY and Point of Sale (POS) files. The issue has been resolved however technology teams are continuing to work through the remediation activities to ensure that all missing "zip and encrypt" files from Saturday 24 October have been delivered to customers.
