Resolved after 2 hours 3 minutes, affecting Payments - Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Payments - API and 1 more, on July 13, 2026.
We have identified the issue and payment processing of the impacted files is planned to commence shortly. Since 11:42 AEST, all new payments have been successfully processed. The focus is now on remediating the backlog of payments. Further updates will be provided once this has been completed.
