ANZ Fileactive - BPay Files Start Time: 06/09/2026 14:50 AEST Resolution Time: 06/09/2026 18:06 AEST Incident Details We have been experiencing delays in processing of BPay files via the ANZ Fileactive service since 14:50 AEST. This is resulting in some customer either receiving empty or delayed file. Technology teams are currently investigating the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience.
