    From 2025-09-22 07:40, we experienced issues with our query capabilities and users may see their charts/dashboards slow to load or unavailable. Our team is working on a fix and no data is lost during this incident. No action is needed from customers at this time. We will post updates as we recover the systems.

    Query should be recovered for now, but we skipped including realtime data(recent ~2 hours' data) in response to mitigate the issue. There is no data lost, will be recovered once we fully recovered the system
