A critical incident currently affecting our CDN provider Cloudflare has led to service interruption across all Altmetric products. We are following upstream updates and will perform any recovery actions as required. We will update once we have further details.

Our upstream CDN Cloudflare has now identified the root cause of the incident and is in the process of restoring services. Interruptions to service for Altmetric applications are still possible at this point.

Cloudflare has now stated that the root cause of the incident has been fixed and they are continuing to monitor the situation as services stabilise. We continue to do the same.
