Following a service update yesterday, Sunday December 17th, we experienced an issue where some agents became disconnected. This was caused by a backend error which has now been resolved. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure that agent traffic returns to normal levels. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

We have observed that some agents are still experiencing connectivity issues. We are continuing to investigate and will provide updates as we have more information.

We are still continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue. For the majority of customers, restarting the agent will allow reconnection to occur. If, after a restart of the agent, it is still not connecting, we recommend that you open a support case through https://success.alienvault.com/
