    We are observing a drop in Iberian call traffic caused by issues that are external to Aircall. It seems that several telco providers, particularly in Spain, are experiencing issues, as can be seen on https://downdetector.es/. Although this is external to Aircall, our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation.

    We are observing a recovery of traffic in Spain to regular levels. Therefore, we believe that local telcos have been able to recover their network and fully resolve the situation.
