Aeropay incident
Partial SMS Outage
Resolved after 1 hour, on July 16, 2026.
Starting at approximately 4:31 AM CDT on July 16, 2026, US mobile carrier networks began filtering SMS messages containing "Aeropay," causing delivery failures for messages used in user sign-up and phone verification flows. We deployed a workaround at approximately 12:32 PM CDT, and successful delivery rates returned to above 99%. We are actively working with carriers to reach a full resolution.
