   Status: Investigating We've received some reports of a recent issue related to Accurx Desktop users having issues saving Scribe notes to records, as well as pulling patient information through from the medical system. We're currently investigating this and will provide an update shortly. Affected components Accurx Scribe (Degraded performance)

   Status: Monitoring Thank you for your patience here! The team has released a fix for the Scribe saving issue. Users experiencing the issue should use the Utility Tool link here to update their Accurx toolbar (https://web.accurx.com/api/desktop/download/utilityexe) and try to save their Scribe note again. Please do reach out if the issue still persists even after updating the toolbar. Affected components Accurx Scribe (Degraded performance)
