    Status: Investigating We've received some reports of a recent issue affecting the integration with Emis. During this time, users might not be able to load patients in the inbox, send messages and save messages to the record. If you want to turn off your Patient Triage form, please Login to Accurx Web to access the settings page :point_right: https://web.accurx.com/login/organisations?next=%2Fpractices Users can use Accurx Web to see inbound messages and send messages. Please note that these messages won't save to the medical record. We're currently investigating this and will provide an update shortly.     Status: Resolved EMIS has noted that the issue causing problems accessing EMIS Web has now been resolved. This should allow EMIS users to connect their Accurx Desktop toolbar to EMIS as usual. Please do reach out to our support team if you're still having trouble connecting your Accurx Desktop toolbar to EMIS. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused!
