Update timeline

  1. investigating Jan 30, 2026, 05:56 PM UTC

We have observed a decrease in the number of documents retrieved for some customers listed in Delegate status. This began on January 26, 2026. Our teams are actively investigating the cause of this drop-off and believe it is related to Epic’s responders. We are engaging our network partner, Kno2, to address the issue. Once remediation is complete, we will take appropriate steps to address any affected queries. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

  2. monitoring Feb 02, 2026, 05:41 PM UTC

Our monitoring indicates that document retrieval for Delegation of Authority (DOA) customers has resumed and is currently operating as expected. While the underlying cause of the disruption is still under investigation, there have been no further indications of degraded performance. The timing of this incident aligns with recent network activity related to the broader transition deadline to the updated DOA framework on February 1st. We believe that preparatory changes by some network participants may have contributed to the behavior observed. We are validating recovery by re-running selected jobs and will proceed with reprocessing all jobs once verification is complete. No customer action is required at this time. We appreciate your patience and will share additional updates as more information becomes available.

  3. investigating Feb 03, 2026, 09:33 PM UTC

Earlier today, we observed a recurrence of reduced document retrieval for some customers in Delegate status. We continue to work with our network partner, Kno2, to better understand the intermittent behavior and its relationship to responder-side activity. While investigation is ongoing, we are actively monitoring and validating results through targeted job runs before proceeding with broader reprocessing. No customer action is required at this time. We appreciate your continued patience and will share further updates as appropriate.

  4. investigating Feb 04, 2026, 05:03 PM UTC

We are continuing to see reduced document retrieval for some Delegation of Authority (DOA) customers due to non-responses from a subset of network participants utilizing Epic EMRs. Our network partner is actively coordinating with Epic to address the issue. There is no indication of a Zus system issue, and we are continuing to monitor and validate results as remediation progresses. No customer action is required at this time. Additional updates will be shared as appropriate.

  5. investigating Feb 06, 2026, 05:43 PM UTC

In working with our network partner, we have identified the root cause of the reduced document retrieval for Delegation of Authority (DOA) customers and have implemented a fix. Document retrieval is now operating as expected. We are actively re-running impacted jobs to restore any affected results. No customer action is required at this time. We will share a final update once reprocessing is complete.

  6. resolved Feb 09, 2026, 05:58 PM UTC

The issue impacting document retrieval for Delegation of Authority (DOA) customers has been resolved. The fix has been implemented, and all affected jobs have been re-run. Document retrieval is operating as expected, and no further action is required. Thank you for your patience throughout this process.
