From April 17, 7:45PM to April 20, 12:45Pm EDT, a number of tables in data marts were returning errors when queried. These errors were caused by an incomplete deployment, and affected the following tables: care_team_identifier care_team_participant care_team_participant_role_coding care_team_telecom diagnostic_report_code_coding diagnostic_report_identifier diagnostic_report_performer diagnostic_report_result These tables have been rectified, and we will be adding additional measures to prevent these errors in the future.
