We have made changes to help keep services running as smoothly as possible overnight while we continue investigating increased latency affecting charger communication with Zaptec Cloud Services. At this time, live updates in Zaptec Portal and the Zaptec App may still be delayed or not work as intended. Charging behavior itself is expected to remain unaffected. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We will continue the investigation tomorrow morning and provide a further update then.
