At 1:05 PM EST, our team identified the cause of the disruption affecting some Loyalty & Referrals merchants. A backend issue with our Loyalty Tiers service was preventing customer data from loading correctly in Admin for some stores. We are restarting the affected systems and monitoring recovery. Some merchants using Loyalty Tiers may still experience brief delays while we confirm full recovery across all stores. No customer data has been lost — this issue affected the display and loading of customer data in Admin, not the underlying records.
