We would like to inform you of a delay in updating customer platform account status causing delays in rewards. At the moment, there is a delay in updating customer loyalty membership statuses. As a result, some customers may not get opted into the program and not receive rewards. Important Note: This issue only affects users who are using Shopify’s Legacy Customer Accounts. If you’re using Shopify’s new customer account system, this incident does not apply to your store. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
