Intermittent Delayed Payment Notifications for BRI Virtual Account

We are currently experiencing intermittent delays in payment notifications for a small percentage of BRI Virtual Account transactions due to an issue on our banking partner’s side. Customer payments are still being processed, but merchants may receive payment callbacks and status updates later than usual.
