   Dear Valued Customers, We have detected issues with QRPH QR_CODE payments Impact: - We are seeing issues with completion of payments on QRPH - Merchants will be able to initiate transactions successfully, but are likely to receive delayed callbacks for payment completion. - Market: PH We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services. In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users during this incident: - Advise end users to complete payments via an alternative eWallet provider until the resolution of the issue. - Reconciliation of the status of transactions which have been initiated after the incident will be required.    Dear Valued Customers, 01 NOV 2026, 11:08 GMT+8: Following further investigation, we have identified that QRPh payments are currently failing to complete. We have escalated this incident to a major outage. Impact: End users are currently unable to complete QRPh payments. Merchants may still be able to create QRPh QR codes, but payments made against them are not completing. Market: Philippines Start time: 01 NOV 2026, 11:08 GMT+8 Recommended actions: Temporarily hide or disable QRPh at checkout and direct end users to alternative payment methods until service is restored. If an end user reports being debited for a QRPh payment that has not been confirmed, please check the transaction status via the Xendit Dashboard or API before asking them to pay again, to avoid duplicate charges. Transactions created since the start of the incident will require reconciliation. We are working closely with our partner and will share further details, including guidance on any affected transactions, as soon as they are available.
