The issue affecting data loading on the WorkMotion Platform for browsers other than Google Chrome has been mitigated. The cause was an SSL certificate configuration issue on some of our services, which led certain browsers to reject secure connections. We have reissued and redeployed the SSL certificates across all affected services, and all our tests and verification checks have passed. The Platform should now work as expected in all supported browsers. If you still see problems, please clear your browser cache, reload the page, and contact our support team if the issue continues. We will keep monitoring closely and post a final update once the incident is resolved.
