Som midlertidig løsning kan dokumenter indsendes direkte til bilagsmailen eller uploades manuelt. Udfordringen berører udelukkende Android og kun de to nævnte brugertyper. --- Android users created with the user types Expense User and Document sender are currently unable to submit documents via the app. We are working on a solution and expect an update to be released during January. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause. As a temporary workaround, documents can be submitted directly to the Inbox- email or uploaded manually. This issue affects Android only and only the two user types mentioned above.

Mynt oplevede på daværende tid et problem, hvor transaktioner der var gået i gennem ikke bliver sendt til dem, og derfor blev de ikke vist i transaktionsoversigten i e-conomic - Betalingerne er stadig gået i gennem, og disse transaktioner vises nu igen. Mynt experienced an incident where transactions weren't being sent to them, and by extent these could not be seen in the transactions overview in e-conomic - The payments have been processed but were missing in the transactions overview. These transactions should now be visible in e-conomic once more.

Lige nu opleves der at når der eksporteres rapporter fra e-conomic som åbnes i excel, så vil filerne indeholde skjulte linjer. Din data vil stadig være med i filen, men det kræver at du markere de skjulte linjer og dernæst vælger at få dem vist. Det samme vil være tilfældet for OpenOffice brugere. Google sheets brugere er ikke berørte. Vi undersøger på nuværende tidspunkt sagen for at identificere problemet. Currently, when reports are exported from e-conomic and opened in Excel, the files will contain hidden rows. Your data will still be in the file, but it requires you to select the hidden rows and then choose to unhide them. This will also be the case for OpenOffice users. Google Sheets users are not affected. We're currently investigating the issue.
