Between 02/01/2026 01:01pm (UTC+1) and 02/01/2026 03:21 (UTC+1) users of our API experienced an issue where write requests would respond with "License is read only" even if the accessed agreement did allow for writing. Impacted customers would only be able to call GET requests through our APIs causing their different integrations to fail when modifying data. Both our OpenAPI and RESTAPI were affected by aforementioned. The issue has been fixed (02/01/2026 03:21 (UTC+1)) and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
