Visma e-conomic experienced a minor incident on November 13, 2025 affecting SmartInbox / Inbox, lasting 1h 10m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

På nuværende tidspunkt kan der opleves problemer med modtagelse af dokumenter i Inbox-mailen samt med afsendelse til [email protected]. Udfordringen stammer fra vores underleverandør. Dokumenterne kan uploades direkte i Inbox, mens udfordringen står på. Vi arbejder på højtryk for at løse problemet hurtigst muligt og beklager mange gange den ulejlighed, dette måtte medføre. --- At the moment, there may be issues with receiving documents in the Inbox mail as well as with sending to [email protected] The issue originates from our subcontractor. The documents can be uploaded directly in the Inbox while the issue is ongoing. We are working diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
