    We're currently experiencing and issue where pagination specifically for GET /customers doesn't return pages as expected. Skippages on GET /Customers skips records instead of pages resulting in overlapping pagination results. We're looking into fixing the issue, but currently don't have an estimate for a solution.

    English Invoices created via the REST API with paymentTermsType: dueDate are currently ignoring the provided dueDate and defaulting to the invoice creation date. The recipient CVR number is currently not being populated automatically on invoice creation. This means that invoices created via the API cannot be sent via e-invoicing. Danish Fakturaer oprettet via REST API med paymentTermsType: dueDate ignorerer i øjeblikket den angivne dueDate og bruger i stedet fakturaens oprettelsesdato. Modtagerens CVR-nummer bliver i øjeblikket ikke automatisk udfyldt på fakturaer. Dette gør bl.a. at fakturaer oprettet via APIet ikke kan afsendes via E-fakturering.

    SKAT oplever i øjeblikket driftsforstyrrelser, hvilket desværre betyder, at det på nuværende tidspunkt ikke er muligt at tilføje Løn på e-conomic-aftaler. Årsagen er, at systemet ved tilføjelse af Løn-modulet automatisk validerer CVR-nummeret via SKAT, og denne validering kan i øjeblikket ikke gennemføres. Vi overvåger løbende SKATs statusside og vil opdatere jer, så snart der er nyt. Tak for jeres tålmodighed. --- SKAT is currently experiencing operational disruptions, which unfortunately means that it is not possible to add Payroll to e-conomic agreements at this time. The reason is that when adding the Payroll module, the system automatically validates the CVR number via SKAT, and this validation cannot be completed at the moment. We are continuously monitoring SKAT's status page and will update you as soon as there is news. Thank you for your patience.

    Vi er desværre blevet gjort opmærksom på en fejl, hvor momskoden ikke medtages fra kontoen, når kontoen tilføjes på et dokument i appen. Det gælder kun Android-brugere, og dokumentet modtages ellers korrekt. Momskoden kan tilføjes i Inbox efter modtagelse af dokumentet. Vi arbejder på at rette fejlen hurtigst muligt, og beklager de gener det måtte medføre. --- Unfortunately, we have been made aware of an issue where the VAT code is not carried over from the account when the account is added to a document in the app. This only affects Android users, and the document is received successfully.     Vi oplever på nuværende tidspunkt udfordringer med vores Inbox. Udfordringerne betyder, at Smart Inbox ikke aflæser dokumenterne, og man kan opleve problemer med indlæsning af dokumenter. Dette gælder både ved manuelt upload og via mail. Vi arbejder på højtryk for at løse det hurtigst muligt. --- We are currently experiencing issues with our Inbox. These issues mean that Smart Inbox is not reading the documents, and you may encounter problems when uploading documents. This applies to both manual uploads and uploads via email. We are working at full speed to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    Vi burde være godt kørende igen, og fejlen er nu blevet løst. De dokumenter som har drillet skal genindlæses, hvis de ikke bliver aflæst af systemet.     Between 02/01/2026 01:01pm (UTC+1) and 02/01/2026 03:21 (UTC+1) users of our API experienced an issue where write requests would respond with "License is read only" even if the accessed agreement did allow for writing. Impacted customers would only be able to call GET requests through our APIs causing their different integrations to fail when modifying data. Both our OpenAPI and RESTAPI were affected by aforementioned. The issue has been fixed (02/01/2026 03:21 (UTC+1)) and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
