Amazon AWS is experiencing degradation in service and partial outages. This may attribute to some errors or degradation in service on the Vindicia platform on both Staging and Production environments. We will continue to closely monitor the system for any issues.

SLM Staging Portal 1.0 and Portal 2.0 are currently experiencing login issues. Users attempting to access the staging portals may encounter difficulties. We are currently experiencing a disruption in the delivery of One-Time Passwords (OTP) to users' email addresses, impacting login on both the Production and Staging environments of the Vindicia Portal 2. Production - Retain Portal search is experiencing intermittent performance issues when searching for transactions. File Upload and Analytics are not affected by this change.
