On October 29, between 17:25 and 17:47 UTC, an automated certificate renewal job disrupted connectivity between our internal processing services. During this time, document processing requests were slower than usual, and some check processing requests (/api/v8/partner/checks/) returned errors. The issue was fixed at 17:47 UTC, and all services have been running normally since. If a check you submitted during this window returned an error, please resubmit it. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We're changing the renewal process so this can't happen again.
