Network Support Services (NSS) is reporting a North Ring fiber issue. Campuses on the North Ring: University of North Georgia (UNG), Georgia State University (GSU), & Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) may be experiencing degraded service due to service provider maintenance that may be affecting downstream services. A ticket has been opened with Zayo and they are currently investigating this issue. Updates will be posted here once they become available.

We are still working a ticket with Zayo for a fiber issue between University of North Georgia (NGA) and Georgia State University - Alpharetta (GSUALP), but this is not an outage for the campus's. It is a degrade in our protect path.
