    We are investigating an issue with Twilio Accounts that may not be able to add a participant to a Conference using the Create Participant API, or modify the state of a Conference Participant (Hold, Unhold, Mute, Unmute) via the Participants API.     We also determined that this issue is also impacting Flex. Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

    Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Flex and Twilio Conferences has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
