    We’re investigating an issue where installers are receiving an error saying the “URL No Longer Exists” when trying to access the FSL mobile app.

    The Salesforce team has identified the cause of the issue and is applying a fix. Users may now be able to login to the Field Service mobile app.

    **RCA** * This was related to a recent release for Summer '25: Redirect legacy \(non-enhanced\) My Domain hostnames update **Incident Summary** * A recent update by Salesforce disabled a Salesforce feature used as part of Field Service mobile \(re: the app’s URL link to Prod\). A workaround was implemented that temporarily restores this feature. The URL will need to be upgraded to an enhanced domain. **Start/End Times** * June 16th through June 18th
