The issue was found to be an unexpected side effect of a deployment made as part of the recent Metrics UI maintenance for 2026-05-05 at 07:30 PM UTC (https://tritonstatus.statuspage.io/incidents/p18m3qp182hm). A rollback has been applied which has restored functionality. Users still seeing a blank page are instructed to clear their browser cache and log back into Metrics/Tap. Users will not be able to see new data reported for April 28th onwards. There is a possibility that some clients will see incomplete data prior to April 28th as well. Beginning January 10th 2026, the query parameter DIST was lost in the chain during the migration from MediaCaster to PDN on Podcast Metric. Reporting of this parameter (DIST) was blocked in Podcast Metrics. This impacts all Triton PDN clients. The work needed to fix this issue to correctly parse this field from the logs to report in Podcast Metrics has been identified and is in progress. Data will not be repaired for old logs, the fix will be for new logs only. We will not re-normalize the past data. Update to follow once the fix is deployed

As a result fo the Settings UI Maintenance that happened earlier today (https://tritonstatus.statuspage.io/incidents/tmbfgtrspjyz), Station Passwords (now called Station Keys) are now required to be case sensitive (as seen in the Common Assets UI). Any password having been previously entered in Station Manager with the wrong case (upper case / lower case) will need to be re-entered with the exact case as see in the new Common Assets UI. In such cases, stations may stop streaming if the password was not correctly input in Station Manager.
