We encountered an issue where the data gathering mechanism for Live Analytics Realtime Listening did not update the graphs between 04:15 UTC and 05:35 UTC today. Users looking at this period will see the same values displayed in the graphs for this period, resulting in a "flat line" in the graph. Due to the nature of these mechanisms, we are unable to correct the graphs for this period. Please use Totally Measurement Explore data for stats as this data was unaffected. Beginning January 10th 2026, the query parameter DIST was lost in the chain during the migration from MediaCaster to PDN on Podcast Metric. Reporting of this parameter (DIST) was blocked in Podcast Metrics. This impacts all Triton PDN clients. The work needed to fix this issue to correctly parse this field from the logs to report in Podcast Metrics has been identified and is in progress. Data will not be repaired for old logs, the fix will be for new logs only. We will not re-normalize the past data. Update to follow once the fix is deployed

As a result fo the Settings UI Maintenance that happened earlier today (https://tritonstatus.statuspage.io/incidents/tmbfgtrspjyz), Station Passwords (now called Station Keys) are now required to be case sensitive (as seen in the Common Assets UI). Any password having been previously entered in Station Manager with the wrong case (upper case / lower case) will need to be re-entered with the exact case as see in the new Common Assets UI. In such cases, stations may stop streaming if the password was not correctly input in Station Manager. As a result of the TAP Programmatic UI - Intermittent errors incident experienced on March 19th, we are experiencing a delay in synchronisation for deals having been created March 18th and March 19th. The system is working through deal synchronizations but the process is taking much longer than usual. Our development team is working to add mitigation measures to help the system work faster through the backlog of deals to be synched. More information to come.
