    INCIDENT ALERT Date: 07 August 2025 A service event has been identified for Decision Management Platform impacting Real Time Authorization Decisioning enabled transactions for Global customers. Impact Description: Customers may experience intermittent failures for transactions eligible for 3DS Accountholder Authentication Value (AAV) validation. The impacted transactions which are enabled for AAV Dynamic linking may have received 05 P (Pass) ,with failure to successfully apply 3DS Accountholder Authentication Value (AAV) Dynamic linking . Teams are urgently working to mitigate the issue and restore service to all customers.
