There appears to be a DDoS attack affecting Sangoma and ClearlyIP, both Trunking and File Repos. Unfortunately, this also affects our Phone Support Hotline, as we use Sangoma for our Trunking services. We are monitoring the situation and will update here when we have more information.

We have completed the migration to our new website. All ACTIVE Paid Support Customers should have received an email to complete their account activation. Once completed, Paid Support Customers will be able to see their new Support Access Code in order to access services like Telephone Support and Screen Share Support.
