Microsoft is experiencing an unprecedented worldwide outage of its Azure data centers. These data centers host approximately 25% of all internet business applications, including The Predictive Index. Please know that any inability to access The Predictive Index is due to this event. We’re uncertain how long Microsoft data centers will be down, but we will let you know as soon as a resolution has been reached or an update is provided.

Azure has implemented a fix to resolve the issue. The system is loading, however the software performance is still sporadic. We are still waiting for all systems to return to full operational status.

We were currently investigating an issue where some candidates are receiving an error message “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator” when trying to complete the cognitive assessment. Our Engineering team is investigating the underlying cause of this issue and we will continue to post updates as we have them.

Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate the issue affecting candidate access to the cognitive assessment, where some users encounter the error message: “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator.” We are actively working to identify the root cause and will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Candidates should now be able to utilize the Cognitive Assessment links that were initially sent out to them to complete the assessment. PI has been made aware users are experiencing a blank white screen when accessing the PI software. Our engineering team is aware and are currently investigating the issue.

These issues seem to be related to an outage with one of our service providers, which is currently impacting system performance and accessibility.
