Hello, This is to update you regarding the following incident: Incident Status: Investigating Description: We observed a degradation in data service performance, mainly for devices using IMSI 7. The sponsor confirmed they are experiencing service degradation and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Service Impact: Devices may have difficulty establishing new data sessions, particularly for devices with IMSI 7. Existing sessions remain unaffected. The sponsor engineering teams are actively working to resolve the issue. Please note that a minor impact previously observed on other IMSIs has been fully mitigated and is no longer persisting.
