    PEN is currently experiencing performance issues that are preventing F&I Products from Rating and Contracting. We are monitoring this closely and will post updates as they are available.

    PEN transactions are now completing as expected and Rating and Contracting through all providers is available. If plan codes aren't appearing please refresh the codes within the menu to update.
