As of 04:16 UTC, some card transactions in Mexico are experiencing elevated declines due to an issuing bank being temporarily unavailable. We're in touch with the card network and will post an update as soon as they become available.

As of 08:40 UTC, we've seen elevated errors on Pay_by_bank payments. We're continuing to investigate and will post further updates.

Instant payouts in EUR to bank accounts and Bank Transfers payments are experiencing delay and some might fail due to a broader industry issue affecting SEPA Instant. All other payouts, including instant payouts to debit cards, are unaffected. We're investigating and will provide an update once resolved.

Due to a processing issue with our banking partner, some Canadian Payouts processed on April 14, 2026 are experiencing a delay of a few hours. We are actively working with our banking partner to resolve this issue to ensure all affected payouts land today.
