    Customers experienced an extended authentication outage caused by an SSO backend issue that required clearing and resyncing a Redis cache with our identity provider. Diagnosis was complicated by a monitoring artifact that initially suggested high server load. The issue was resolved after an extended engineering effort, with service confirmed stable by 3:37 AM ET on August 4.
