    Approximately 60 customers experienced connection errors (502/503/504) when accessing Finance Enterprise (LMS Plus) beginning at 11:33 AM ET. The issue was identified and resolved by 4:13 PM ET; a full postmortem is below.

    Approximately 60 customers experienced connection errors \(502/503/504\) due to Kubernetes ingress timeout and pod restart settings that were too short for some long-running LMS Plus reports, causing in-flight requests to be dropped during routine pod restarts. We’ve since begun work to extend those timeout settings, improve monitoring, and add synthetic login checks to catch this class of issue faster.
