We’ve identified the cause of the login issue affecting a small number of users. These users experience a problem where the login page appears to be stuck loading. A workaround has been found and is being implemented for affected users when our monitors detect it or by contacting support. A permanent fix will be rolled out during the evening.

Between 08:26–08:40 CET, users experienced degraded performance during login. Service began to recover at 08:36 CET and was fully back to normal by 08:40 CET. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

A fix is scheduled for 22:00 tonight, which may result in up to 15 minutes of downtime.
