We are currently experiencing infrastructure issues in the UAE region due to a confirmed power outage at our upstream provider's (AWS) datacenters. Users may experience temporary delays or intermittent availability of verification services, as well as impacted performance and data synchronization. We are closely monitoring the situation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status Other regions are not affected.

To mitigate the impact of the ongoing AWS power outage affecting the UAE region, we have temporarily launched part of our UAE production infrastructure in the EU region. This allows UAE users to continue operating and submitting verifications while the issue persists. Please note that some data may still be missing or incomplete, as we were not able to retrieve the full dataset from AWS before the outage occurred. As a result, certain records or synchronization states may be partially unavailable at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will restore full operations in the UAE region once the upstream provider resolves the incident. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- resolved · Apr 28, 2026, 10:08 AM UTC
As there is currently no estimated time of resolution from AWS regarding the UAE region outage, we are closing this incident. All affected customers have been successfully migrated to alternative regions shortly after the incident began, and services are fully operational. Our services remain available and can be used as usual — no action is required on your side. Once the upstream infrastructure in the UAE region is restored and stable, we will automatically migrate operations back without disruption. We will continue to monitor the situation internally and appreciate your understanding. Should you have any particular concerns in regards to this incident, please, feel free to reach our Support Team.

See Sumsub in your Pingoru dashboard
Monitor Sumsub alongside every other service your stack depends on — same alerts, same timeline, same calendar — all in one place.
Every status page, one dashboard
Add Sumsub to your Pingoru monitors and it sits next to AWS, Stripe, GitHub, and every other vendor in your stack — a single dashboard for the live status of every cloud and SaaS provider you depend on. One subscription, one inbox, every incident.
Incident timeline, this provider or all of them
Every Sumsub incident — when it started, when it resolved, which services were affected, how bad it was, how long it lasted — laid out in one feed you can scan in 30 seconds. Filter to just Sumsub or see every provider at once.
Maintenance calendar
Scheduled Sumsub maintenance windows land in the same calendar as every other vendor you depend on — see what's running now, what's coming up, and a calendar view. Plan around your vendors instead of being caught out by them.
Every Sumsub status change, one inbox
Pingoru watches Sumsub's official status page every 5 minutes and delivers incident, resolution, and maintenance events to your email, Slack, Discord, Teams, or webhook.
Only alert on the services you use
Sumsub reports on 9 services. Subscribe to the ones you actually use — everything else stays silent.
Email + Slack + Discord + Teams
Signed webhooks on every plan. Route Sumsub alerts wherever your team already lives — no per-integration billing, no tier-gating the channels that matter.
Maintenance, not surprises
Upcoming Sumsub maintenance windows appear in your maintenance calendar days in advance. Plan deploys and rollouts around them instead of finding out during an incident.
Fine-grained alert control
Per-monitor switches for opened, updated, resolved, and maintenance events. Silence the noisy Sumsub services without silencing the monitor entirely.
Invite your team
Premium includes 10 team seats. Everyone watching Sumsub from the same account, with per-user notification preferences for any monitor.
