We identified a further issue with one of our third-parties, which controls content publishing in the StoryStream, and were able to resolve the issue. As mentioned previously, all live StoryStream Apps are fully functioning and remained unaffected by the issue. We are continuing to work with the third-party to identify the root causes, and will be taking preventative measures moving forwards.

We are investigating an issue where some users are unable to manage and publish content in Launchpad. All live StoryStream Apps (e.g. website integrations and screen outputs) remain unaffected and are functioning as expected.
