Performance issues when logging in and using the StoryStream platform

   We are currently investigating reports of issues when managing content in StoryStream. Some Stories are unable to be accessed, or content is not loading. This does not affect any published content or Storyboards (e.g. embedded content on web page, or screen integrations) Using the search functionality on Content Portals may be slow or not return results.

   We have identified and understand the issue, and are continuing to work on a resolution. We will provide more updates at 2pm (BST).

   We are continuing work on resolving the issue with accessing and managing content in StoryStream, and apologise for any inconvenience caused. All Storyboards (e.g. embedded content on web page, or screen integrations) remain unaffected and will continue to display as expected. Using the search functionality on Content Portals may not return results. Filtering content using categories on the left side of each Portal page is still available.

   We have identified the source of delays accessing or managing content in StoryStream, and the issues have been resolved. All platform functionality is now working as expected. All Storyboards (e.g. embedded content on web pages, or screen integrations) were unaffected and operational. Apologies for any inconvenience, and please let us know if you have any questions.
