Content from Instagram @mention and #hashtag feeds not importing

   Over the weekend, there was an incident with Facebook's APIs for 3rd party platforms. This has meant that StoryStream's Instagram @mention and #hashtag feeds are currently not importing content. Everything is working as expected from our side, and we are awaiting a fix from Facebook to start importing content back into StoryStream. Currently Instagram @mention and #hashtag feeds are the only feeds that are impacted by the API issue. Brand owned @user Instagram Feeds are unaffected by the issue and continue to be imported to the platform as expected. Any content that has been posted since the APIs went down will be brought back into the platform once the feeds are up and running again. We should not miss any content as a result of the issue.

   In follow up to the Facebook API issues experienced over the weekend, Facebook have now resolved the issue on their side and StoryStream has resumed bringing content into the platform from the affected feeds. Instagram @mention and #hashtag feeds are now working, and importing content as expected. The platform is working through the content that was posted during the feed outage, which will be available in the Manage area shortly. There will be no content missed as a result of the feed outage. The Instagram feeds that were affected will not require re-authentication. No actions will need to be taken by our customers. Content importing has resumed as normal and is being monitored.
