Issue: We previously experienced an issue with our Rights Management System due to an update to Meta’s Graph API. This affected our ability to automatically approve rights to content. Resolution: The issue has now been resolved by Meta, and most content has been backfilled and marked as Rights Approved. Action Required: You can identify any content that is still pending rights approval by using the filters in the All Content Stream. If you find any content that is incorrectly still showing as Rights Pending, you can use the ‘Force Approve’ option to correct it. If the ‘Force Approve’ option isn’t available to you, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
