The issue affecting the publication of content via the Brandwatch Connector has now been resolved. All content that was unable to be published to the Brandwatch Platform since the 8th of October has now been successfully processed, and the tool is functioning as expected going forward. We are aware of an issue affecting the Brandwatch Connector since Tuesday (8th October) due to API tokens not functioning. We are working with Brandwatch directly to identify the cause and fix as soon as possible. Once resolved, we will keep a record of any failed content items not appearing in the Brandwatch platform, and these can either be pushed through our system or republished by customers directly.
