    This is to inform you that we have identified an issue where the Threads Message Insights API is currently failing across multiple environments. This is resulting delay in message when fetching message-level insights for Threads. The issue has been raised with the Threads (Meta) channel team and is now under active investigation. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available. In the meantime, if you observe any issues related to Threads insights or reporting, please report them to Sprinklr Support so we can assist and track the impact
