    Hi Team, The intermittent errors with the AI Chatbot have resurfaced, and we are currently investigating the issue again. Initial findings indicate it may be related to an OpenAI dependency, and our team is actively checking this with Azure for further validation. In parallel, our team is actively working with our cloud provider (Azure) to complete a detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to the intermittent behavior observed earlier.
